RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any changes or cancellation requests must occur within 24 hours of your order. No exceptions. This is because after that point your order will have gone into production.
Our patch hats are guaranteed to last so if you have any issues with your patch falling off please reach out to us for an exchange. Normal wear and tear will happen and is not under warranty.
Prior to ordering, please make sure you order the correct size and/or garment color. If merchandise is damaged, the wrong item has been shipped to you, or the garment has a defect, ground shipping will be provided at our expense for the new or correct product to be shipped back to you. In the case that we are sold out of product, exchange for a new item may be applied. Please email email@example.com before shipping your return; include your order number and the reason for the exchange/return. A product photo of the defect may be required as well. We accept returns up to 30 days from the day of delivery.
